Your article confirm that for around 100 years it was the same situation for tea cultures. There is no changement :
– education
– finance
– home living
– salary
– health
Sri lankan government never help this poeple espacially for one reason because they are TAMIL sri lankan. This governement crush tamil people, they don’t want them to develop, to get a good situation of life.
Some peoples were doing this cultivation has gone to vanni to build a life, but unluckly sri lankan government kill them during the last Genocide. They are paying 1 pound but it’s not enough for live. If they were cinghales they will get more pound, get a good situation of life. As your Title for this article : The forgotten tamils has proved in this article. I’m sure any cinghales face this hard work and life.
